1990	Organized the Tapioca Development Co. through a Joint Venture with Thai Wah (Thailand) and A. E. Staley.
1993	Established a joint venture, EverCorn, Inc. for BIODEGRADABLE PLASTICS with Grand River Technologies, Inc
2003	Ever Corn, Inc. becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Japan Corn Starch Co., Ltd.
2004	Souichiro Kurachi became the Fifth President.
