1974Started operation at Kinuura facilities

The facilities are sited in the Kinuura Food Complex, and are the only facilities of their kind in the area of central Japan. they have been supported by the Ministry of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery based on "The guideline of food industry complex promotion".

1990Organized the Tapioca Development Co. through a Joint Venture with Thai Wah (Thailand) and A. E. Staley.
1993Established a joint venture, EverCorn, Inc. for BIODEGRADABLE PLASTICS with Grand River Technologies, Inc
2003 Ever Corn, Inc. becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Japan Corn Starch Co., Ltd.
2004 Souichiro Kurachi became the Fifth President.
